I achieved successful, innovative new product and packaging solutions in a rapid turnaround time work environment with my team of designers and print solution providers.

I led the extended design and production teams in the comprehensive 2007 Rice-A-Roni and Pasta Roni package redesign initiative. 

I sought and secured new business that aligned with company goals (i.e. new Quaker Cereal division work for 2006-2007).

I also partnered with the CEO and Chief Lead Designer in new business development strategies and recommendations.
